Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day trial does not ask for any payment details. After the trial we set up a Direct Debit through GoCardless - we never see or store your bank details ourselves.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Email hello@pawdash.co.uk to cancel -- we confirm within 2 business days. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
What happens if I add a 50th dog?
Nothing. Pricing is per business, not per dog. Add as many as you need.
Can I import my existing dog list?
Yes. Send us a spreadsheet during onboarding and we will load it for you. No charge.
Where is my data stored?
On EU servers in Ireland (Supabase eu-west-1), processed in line with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for details.
